The staff of our restaurants "Bastion - La Strada -", "La Scara" and "Josef Bacon" in the Sighisoara Citadel are essential in creating a remarkable and memorable dining experience for each guest. Dedicated, friendly and professional, our team members are always ready to provide high-quality service, ensuring that every visitor feels welcome and pampered.

Am avut parte de o experiență culinară excelentă la Restaurant Bastion. Atmosfera este primitoare, decorul păstrează un aer tradițional autentic, iar serviciile sunt impecabile. Ce m-a impresionat cel mai mult a fost mâncarea: rețete tradiționale românești pregătite cu mare grijă și ingrediente de calitate.
Am încercat ciorba de burtă, sarmalele și coastele de porc la cuptor, toate absolut delicioase, exact ca în copilărie. Porțiile sunt generoase și se simte atenția la detalii în fiecare farfurie. De asemenea, deserturile tradiționale, precum papanașii, sunt un adevărat răsfăț.
Recomand cu căldură Restaurant Bastion tuturor celor care își doresc o experiență autentică românească, cu mâncare tradițională foarte bine gătită!

Estuvimos en Febrero del 25. Pocos turistas y aun asi funcionando muy bien. Comida muy rica, Gulash y Codillo. Combinandolo con unas cervezas muy bien de precio.
Hasta ahora lo mejor que hemos encontrado en el viaje y una atención muy buena.
Por la tarde fuimos a tomar una cerveza a su terraza y genial!

This is a nice please to have a late lunch. We sat in the cave which is was nice and cozy.
We tried the tripe soup and the Zakuska.
I loved the tripe soup, this was my first time having it and it was very traditional, different and hot, perfect for the cold weather.
The Zakuska was nice. All the food looked and smelled good, we were sitting by the kitchen and could see all the food passing by.
The staff was super nice.
Este es un buen favor para almorzar tarde. Nos sentamos en la cueva, que era agradable y acogedora.
Probamos la sopa de tripas (mondongo) y la Zakuska.
Me encantó la sopa de tripa, era la primera vez que la comía y era muy tradicional, diferente y caliente, perfecta para el clima frío.
La Zakuska estuvo buena. Toda la comida se veía y olía bien, estábamos sentados junto a la cocina y podíamos ver pasar toda la comida.
Los meseros fueron súper amables.
